get creative!

For Thursday

You will need 40+ good interesting, unique, creative, fall themed images. We will be learning some new PS techniques to edit these images.

Fall can be creepy, gloomy, or spirited too...

Take pictures of a haunted house, a creepy costume, an amazing jack-o-lantern, or a foggy pond... There are lots of 'colors' to fall in addition to the changing of the trees. Also, don't forget it is homecoming week, and what says fall more than school spirit, class competitions, and more school spirit? Remember every image should still follow our compositional rules, looks for leading lines, frames within a frame, balance, and ALWAYS think rule of 1/3!!!

shutter speeds...

by slowing down the shutter on your camera (allowing things to move while the camera is taking the image) can result in some amazing images... below are some links, full of info and examples. Toady we will be shooting more abstract images, but adding slow shutter speeds into the mix to aid in improving our shooting adventure.
