Portraits

We will have time this week, and homework, to shoot portraits. You will need a total of 30 amazing fantastic portraits of NO more than 2 subjects. These are pics taken outside of the classroom, hopefully away from SC. Remember the 20 tips we read for composition, props, expressions, angles, props, makeup, etc.

Once you have your 30 pics we will be editing them in fairly specific ways:

You will need to edit 6 portraits (not from in class) using the following techniques:
  • A Vignette Photo
  • A Grayscale Method Photo
  • A One Item Kept in Color Photo
  • A selective Focus Photo
  • A minimally adjusted photo
  • One WHACKY anything goes portrait (change the colors, use the liquefy tool, use a PS filter, and make this as unique and interesting as you can)
